What is your exchange policy?

Fluffy Pets will accept, accessories sold will have 7 days exchange policy. Items that are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by customers. 

Puppies sold within 3 days, if due to health concerns after a check-up by other vet doctors. Can be exchange or refund, owners will have to inform within 3 days period.
